With a background in social psychology and over a decade of experience in the creative industries and tech, Alice blends cultural insight, research, and people-centered design to shape culture and communities. Over the past 12 years, she has collaborated with teams at Dropbox Design, the kyu Collective, NOBL, Working Not Working, and Red Bull to create programs, tools, and ways of working that foster connection, creativity, and collaboration. She’s the founder of Out of Office – a platform helping people live more inspired and creative and author of Reimagining Our Nature of Work.
