Daria Tarawneh

Daria Tarawneh is a design leader, educator, and systems thinker with 20 years of international experience across New Zealand, Germany, Japan, and the Middle East. She specializes in turning complexity into clarity through strategic, human-centered design. Currently she is VP of Design at SAP Build AI, where she leads design for AI-powered enterprise experiences. Her work sits at the intersection of UX, business strategy, emerging technology, and trusted AI adoption.
Previously, Daria led UX at AWS, worked at Miro building security and compliance experiences for AI, built startups in Japan and New Zealand, consulted at McKinsey, and earned an MBA to deepen the connection between business and design.

Daria is Guest Lecturer for AI Strategy for Design Leaders.
