Karen Korellis Reuther is an expert in design leadership and a passionate advocate for gender equity. She is currently a Design Critic at Harvard's Graduate School of Design and a former Senior Fellow at Harvard’s Advanced Leadership Initiative. Prior to Harvard Karen was VP Creative Direction + Innovation at Reebok, and Global Creative Director at NIKE. Her decades of corporate and consultancy experience crosses multiple global industries and brands. Karen is dedicated to driving change through a lens of inclusive design.
