His career spans roles in M&A advisory at PwC, strategy consulting at L.E.K., advising global corporates and private equity firms, and leading eCommerce Strategy at Woolworths, where he helped shape the long-term vision and digital transformation of Australia’s largest retailer. With deep experience across strategy, M&A, and eCommerce, Lucas is passionate about making business thinking clearer, more human, and genuinely useful.
