Pernilla brings 30 years of design leadership experience in large multinational corporations. Before joining the Volvo Group, she co-founded the Centre for Organizational Creativity, aiding organizations in building creative capacity in a systemic way. As Chief Design Officer at Electrolux, she managed a global network of 200 designers across seven locations, following 13 years at Philips Design. Pernilla has built multiple high-performing teams across three continents. She also actively contributes her thought leadership to prominent design associations and networks.
