As President of Steelcase EMEA, Alessandro leads business operations across the region, driving sustainable growth and organizational performance. He brings broad international leadership experience from previous roles at Sedus, Renault Italy, and Arthur Andersen. His work with multidisciplinary teams across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa has shaped his inclusive, empowering leadership style. Alessandro also serves on the board of the i3-Group and the Munich International School, where he chairs the strategy committee.
