Eloise is Director of Product Management at Microsoft AI, where she leads work across Copilot and Bing applying GenAI to consumer health. Her career spans high-growth startups, global institutions, and public service, driven by a commitment to responsible AI innovation and systems-level change. Previously, Eloise served as Chief Product Officer at Zoa, a platform accelerating the energy transition, and as VP of Product at Bud, where she built data intelligence tools for financial institutions including HSBC. Her early career includes roles at the UK Government Digital Service, and advisory work for Google on ethical AI.
