Shen is a passionate entrepreneur with deep knowledge of the China market, coupled with a global perspective. Before the inception of circle, Shen was championing team growth and global strategic partnering at BMW Group Designworks in Shanghai. Shen has rich experience in developing and managing multi-disciplinary innovation teams and advising clients on setting up creative capabilities across industries, with a particular focus on consumer insight, future context, consumer technology, automotive, mobility, smart home appliances and products.
