With over 15 years of experience across global consultancies and product organisations, Shruti works at the intersection of design, product, and organisational capability. She has led teams at IDEO, Zalando, N26, and Nokia, building the conditions for teams to do their best work and translating design into impactful products. Today, she works as an independent fractional design leader and consultant, while also teaching and mentoring across formats. Shruti is a faculty member at the Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design (CIID), where she contributes to the Summer School and brings hands-on industry experience into design education.
